When children complete duties, review submissions in real time. Tap Approve to apply the Golden Wax Seal and credit Doubloons & Gemma XP, or tap Needs Polish for an encouraging retry.
Allowances & Treasury Ledger
Set allowance conversion rates, establish monthly quest targets, log cash payouts via Allowance Passes, or craft custom Privilege Passes like "Choose Movie Night". Parents can also edit ledger balances directly in Captain's Quarters.
Printable Coloring Pages

How does real-time synchronization work?
ChoreQuest uses Google Cloud Firestore live snapshot listeners. When a child marks a duty as complete, the parent's device updates instantly in real time. When the parent stamps approval with a wax seal, the child's screen celebrates with gold doubloon sound effects and animations.
Can we print coloring pages directly from our phone or tablet?
Yes! ChoreQuest includes an integrated printing and PDF engine. Unlocked coloring sheets can be sent directly to your wireless home printer via Apple AirPrint or Android Print Service in standard Letter format (8.5 × 11 inches), or saved/shared as high-resolution PDF documents. Parents can also enable or disable the coloring pages reward system in Captain's Quarters.
What visual themes are available?
ChoreQuest includes two complete built-in visual styles: Pirate Adventure (nautical voyages, gold doubloons, naval ranks, wax seals) and Classic Household (friendly helpers, star badges, quest coins). Families can switch between styles anytime.
Do children need email addresses or accounts?
No. In strict accordance with COPPA and GDPR-K child safety regulations, children never provide email addresses, passwords, or personal identifying information. They connect securely via the parent-generated 6-digit temporary pairing code.

Administrative settings, approval queues, and allowance configurations remain strictly protected behind the Captain's parent PIN and biometric lock.
